1. Changes in Age Group and Class
Sub Junior or Under 14: All players from class 3rd to 9th
Junior or Under 17: All players up to class 12 but having age bellow 17 years
Senior or Under 19: All players up to class 12
2. Finishing all sports and cultural event before December.
3. Scholarship for winners.
4. State and district level championship or selection trial
5. Selection trial or audition for "Nach Le India-3".

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (A.G.M.)
CONCLUSIONS AND RESOLUTION OF A.G.M.
The Annual General Meeting of SSCAF, India was held on 10th April, 2016 at Nasik , Maharashtra.
Resolution regarding Change in Rules:
1. Age Category Under 21 has been removed from the Annual Calender for the year 2016-17
2. New games will be introduce for age group Under 19 only.
Schedule for SSCAF India's 2nd National School games for the year 2016-17
1. Under 19 age group tournament will be conducted from May to July
2. Under 17 age group's tournaments will be conducted from August to October.
3. Under 14 and 12 age group's tournament will be conducted from November to January
4. Some tournament e.g. karate, taekwondo, wrestling and yoga will be conducted once in year from July to December.
Resolution regarding the appointment of Director of States
1. appointment of state Sports Director.
2. appointment of new state co-ordinators
3. Appointment of Regional Head of various games.
4. Appointment of Tournament directors.
New Joining in Various committees of SSCAF, India
the Following state secretaries will be included in various committees of SSCAF India
Sports Calendar for the Year 2016-17:
Welcome of New Members: All the new members who joined SSCAF, India this year will be welcomed by the Senior members of SSCAF family
Announcement for the following awards
1. Khel Shri: This award will be given to those great sports personality who made his effort for the promotion of SSCAF
2. Khel Guru: Best Coach Award
3. Khel Gaurav: This certificate will be awarded to those students to got job and admission with the help of SSCAF National School Games
Formation of various committee: Following committee will be formed for the smooth functioning of National School Games:
1. Organizing committee: opening, closing and prize distribution ceremony
2. Technical Committee for various games and events: Manage and control a particular sports and events
3. Verificaton committee: verification of documents and preparation of certificates.
4. Fooding, Transport and lodging Committee: this committee will be formed by host.
5. Medical Committee: to provide 1st Aid during National School Games and other National events
6. Legal Committee: to check and handle all legal matter of SSCAF, India
7. Media Committee: to prepare press note and other medial material for publication and telecast
